Companies’ European unique identifier
The EUID shall be comprised of the Romanian identification element, the national trade registry identification element, the registration number of said person with the Trade Registry Office and, where appropriate, features to avoid any identification errors.
In this respect, individuals and legal entities that are registered/incorporated with the Trade Registry will have to change their registration certificates in order for these to provide also the EUID, while for individuals and legal entities that will be registered/incorporated with the Trade Registry after the date of 7 July 2017, the EUID will be provided automatically at their registration/incorporation.
