New round in the M&A Talks series: Demystifying private equity asset class beyond structure

We are happy to invite you to join us for a new round of Wolf Theiss’ M&A Talks series of events aimed at demystifying private equity asset class beyond structures, event organised in partnership with the Romanian Private Equity Association (ROPEA).

Following the very successful inaugural session on Demystifying Fund Performance, the second roundtable will focus on the Regulatory framework of Private Equity Funds. The event will take place on Tuesday, 23 April 2024, starting with 17:00, at Marmorosch Hotel Bucharest. Our special guest speakers will share the challenges confronted by the private equity environment in Romania, contribute with ideas as to how the investment funds could be incentivised to grow and create a collaborative agenda of legal and regulatory to do’s for the future of private equity.
