Wien, 15. Juni 2016 – Wolf Theiss hat die beiden Investoren Vis Mundi und Levant Capital beim Kauf eines Geschäftsanteils von 49% an der Power Horse Energy Drinks GmbH beraten.
Wolf Theiss was involved in all legal matters relating to the transaction and advised both investors in structuring them. More than 20 years ago, the Power Horse brand was developed by the Austrian food company Spitz and positioned as a premium energy drink.
