Roundtable on the latest Data Protection developments and challenges

We are pleased to invite you to the latest edition and 10th anniversary of our Privacy Buzz Sessions roundtable. As some of you may already know, the event will be hosted by our colleagues Flavius Florea and Nina Lazar, part of the Wolf Theiss TMT, IP and Data Protection team in Romania. The session will take place on Thursday, 7 November 2024, starting at 9:30 a.m., at our Bucharest office: The Landmark, Building A, 4th Floor, 4 Vasile Alecsandri Street.

In this meeting, we will be covering various topics, including but not limited to:

• EDPB’s Guidelines 1/2024 on processing of personal data based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
• EDPB’s Opinion 22/2024 on certain obligations following from the reliance on processor(s) and sub-processor(s).
