Wolf Theiss advises Lantmännen Group on its acquisition of Entrack
Warsaw, 3 September 2024 – Wolf Theiss advised Lantmännen Group, an agricultural cooperative and Northern Europe’s leader in agriculture, machinery, bioenergy and food products, on its acquisition of Entrack, a supplier of undercarriage components and ground engaging tools. Entrack will be organised as an independent operation within Lantmännen’s Swecon Business Area.
Lantmännen is a Swedish cooperative owned by 18,000 farmers with activities in the entire value chain from field to fork. The company has 12,000 employees, operations in over 20 countries and an annual turnover of approximately EUR 6.4 billion.
Entrack, founded in 1970, is a Swedish, family-owned company that engages in providing a wide range of construction and agricultural equipment brands including wear parts, undercarriage components and tools for machinery. The company is active in Sweden, Finland, Poland and Italy, but also does business in other European countries.
Wolf Theiss worked alongside TM & Partners, Lantmännen’s lead counsel, assisting with the Polish aspects of the transaction, including a legal due diligence review of Entrack’s Polish subsidiary.
