Warsaw, 16 April 2025 – Wolf Theiss, in collaboration with Mannheimer Swartling, advised Northvolt AB, a battery manufacturer and subsequently the bankruptcy estate of Northvolt Systems AB on the sale of its Systems’s Industrial division to Scania, a leading industrial group.
Established in 2018, Northvolt Systems’s Industrial focuses on the design, manufacturing and sale of scalable battery systems for the heavy industry and off-highway market segments.
