Wolf Theiss advises Raiffeisen Bank S.A. (Romania) on the establishment of a EUR 850,000,000 EMTN Notes Programme

Bucharest, 3 May 2021 – Raiffeisen Bank S.A. (Romania) had the base prospectus for its EUR 850,000,000 Euro Medium Term Notes Programme approved by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, relying on legal advice from Wolf Theiss’ DCM team, as Issuer’s Romanian legal counsel.

Wolf Theiss advised Raiffeisen Bank S.A. (Romania) as issuer on the establishment of its EUR 850,000,000 Euro Medium Term Notes Programme for the issue of ordinary senior notes, senior eligible notes, non-preferred senior eligible notes and subordinated notes. The Arrangers and Dealers under the EMTN Programme are Raiffeisen Bank S.A. (Romania) and Raiffeisen Bank International AG.

Raiffeisen Bank S.A. (Romania) was advised on German law by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer Rechtsanwälte,  partners Stephan Pachinger and Christoph Gleske and team members Christian Joellinger, Birgit Schulz and Benedikt Graf.
