Wolf Theiss advises SAPA S.p.A. on the acquisition of Megatech Industries AG

Vienna, 7 March 2025 – Wolf Theiss has advised SAPA S.p.A. (“SAPA”), a leading Italian automotive supplier, on its acquisition of 100% of Megatech Industries AG (“Megatech”), a European company specialising in plastic injection moulding for the mobility sector. This strategic transaction strengthens SAPA’s market position and extends the reach of its proprietary One-Shot® technology.

SAPA develops solutions for the mobility sector, including passenger and luxury cars, light and heavy trucks and industrial vehicles. The acquisition of Megatech supports SAPA’s growth strategy and enables further scaling of its One-Shot® technology, which facilitates the efficient production of plastic components for various engine technologies, including electric, hydrogen and internal combustion engines.
