Wolf Theiss advises STRABAG PFS Group on the acquisition of Instalace Praha in the Czech Republic
Prague, 8 April 2025 – Wolf Theiss has advised STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS), part of the Austrian STRABAG Group, on the acquisition of Czech company Instalace Praha, a specialist in construction and building technology systems.
With this transaction, STRABAG PFS – one of Austria’s leading facility management providers – acquires 100% of Instalace Praha, a highly regarded M&E building technology company based in Prague. Following up on the acquisition of B2 Assets in December 2024, STRABAG PFS is further strengthening its position as a provider of holistic and sustainable facility management and technical building solutions in the Czech market.
STRABAG PFS manages a broad portfolio of technical and infrastructural facility management, building technology, property management and special industrial services across Europe, including office buildings, industrial and technology facilities, data centres and residential properties.
Founded in 1992, Instalace Praha has its roots in companies active in the Czech construction sector since before 1948. The company provides complex solutions in technical building systems, including HVAC and electrical engineering and has successfully delivered large-scale projects in cooperation with prominent Czech and international partners.
Wolf Theiss provided comprehensive legal advice throughout the transaction, including the negotiation of the share purchase agreement and guidance on competition and employment law matters.
