Wolf Theiss contributes to the Amcham guidelines on third parties anti-corruption due diligence

Wolf Theiss is pleased to announce the release of the AmCham Guidelines on Third Parties Anti-Corruption Due Diligence. Mircea Ciocirlea and Ileana Glodeanu (Wolf Theiss Bucharest) were part of the contributors and of the AML and Anti-corruption team of specialists, which is comprised of Amcham Corporate Governance Committee members such as ARC Romania, Dentons, Siemens, Telekom and Vodafone.

The role of these guidelines is to assist a start-up or small and medium sized company to conduct third party anti-corruption due diligence in order to mitigate the risk of becoming involved in corruption cases through third parties with which they intend to have or currently have business relations.
