Wolf Theiss expands its regional expertise with the promotion of six senior lawyers to counsel
Bucharest, Ljubljana, Vienna, Warsaw, Zagreb, 1 November 2024 –Wolf Theiss has announced the promotion of six senior lawyers to counsel, effective 1 November 2024. The newly appointed counsel are Anna Schwamberger (Austria), Borna Dejanović (Croatia), Bartosz Kopik (Poland), Marcin Żak (Poland), Luciana Tache (Romania) and Neja Nastran (Slovenia).
These promotions highlight Wolf Theiss’ ongoing dedication to recognising talent and fostering a culture of excellence within the firm. Each new counsel brings significant experience and specialised expertise that will further strengthen the firm’s regional capabilities.
Anna Schwamberger (Austria) is part of the Employment team, advising on executive agreements, employment disputes and M&A-related employment law. Her expertise includes personnel leasing and international employment matters, providing practical solutions to employers.
Borna Dejanović (Croatia) brings a wealth of experience in dispute resolution, particularly arbitration and litigation, with a focus on high-profile commercial and cross-border cases. His approach ensures effective representation in complex legal challenges.
Bartosz Kopik (Poland) advises on significant real estate and construction projects, including share and asset deals. He guides clients in the logistics, office and retail sectors through complex transactions and development processes, ensuring strategic outcomes.
