About Ana Zorn
Ana Zorn is a member of the Corporate/M&A team and specializes in corporate, M&A, regulatory and public procurement matters. Her experience includes advising on a wide range of corporate matters, with a focus on M&A transactions and FDI filings, as well as advising on public procurement matters and representing clients in tender procedures.
Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Ana gained valuable experience in commercial dispute resolution and corporate law working as senior judicial adviser in the Commercial department of the District Court of Ljubljana.
