About Angela Liu
Angela Liu is a member of the Banking & Finance team. Angela specialises in financing transactions advising clients on domestic and cross-border structured debt financing transactions, in particular in the fields of acquisition and real estate financings, as well as M&A and corporate law. As a member of the firm’s China Desk, Angela advises Chinese clients on their investments and business transactions in Austria. Before joining Wolf Theiss, Angela worked at an Austrian asset management company.
