About Barbora Malimankova
Barbora Malimánková is a Czech law qualified attorney specialising in real estate matters as well as corporate, commercial and mergers & acquisitions. As head of our Czech Construction practice, she often works for international developers and advises them on their construction projects in the Czech Republic. In addition, Barbora advises multinational and local clients on commercial and corporate law matters and has a proven track record particularly in cross-border M&A transactions. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Barbora worked at leading international law firms and spent several months as a legal intern in the contract management department of a major German car manufacturer.
