Cezara Constantinescu is a member of the Disputes team in Bucharest. She has successfully represented and advised major players in a wide array of industries such as IT, technology, media, banking, health services, infrastructure and energy. She is experienced in national and international litigation and commercial arbitration cases. Cezara also offers advice on commercial contracts, insolvency related matters, data privacy, IP, consumer protection and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Cezara gained valuable experience at a top Romanian law firm for more than 14 years.
