About Dariusz Harbaty
Dariusz Harbaty is a member of the Corporate/M&A team. For more than 20 years Dariusz has been advising international and domestic clients in various M&A transactions in Poland and the CEE/SEE region as well as in public offerings of securities, accelerated book-buildings and technical listings on regulated EU markets. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Dariusz practised with several major international law firms in Poland.
