About Eva Stadler
Dr. Eva Stadler has been a member of the Tax team since 2010. She focuses on advising high net worth individuals on all relevant tax aspects, particularly in connection with their relocation to or from Austria, with wealth management structures including foundations and trusts, and with estate planning. She also regularly advises on tax aspects of finance transactions, financial instruments and investment funds. Eva often acts as a speaker at international tax conferences and publishes articles in tax journals. In addition to her PhD in law from the University of Vienna, she has a business degree with a specialisation in tax from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. She is ranked with Legal 500 as a “Rising Star” in the areas of Tax and Private Clients, and with Chambers in Band 3 in the area of Private Wealth Law and as “Up and Coming” in the area of Tax.
