About Gabriela

Gabriela Pătrăşcan is a member of the Disputes team in Bucharest. She focuses on insolvency procedures and civil claims. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Gabriela worked at two Romanian law firms as lawyer and at a Cabinet of Insolvency as Trainee Insolvency Practitioner. Gabriela has been a fully qualified lawyer since 2014, and a member of the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners since 2021.
