About Hristina Dzhevlekova
Hristina Dzhevlekova is a member of the Competition & Antitrust, Regulatory & Procurement and Employment teams. Hristina’s experience includes advising on a wide range of EU and local competition matters. She focuses mainly on antitrust law, in particular the review and assessment of vertical agreements, application of various distribution and agency systems, termination of long-term distribution agreements, and the review and implementation of horizontal co-operation and technology transfer agreements. Hristina’s recent experience also includes advising on a range of employment matters, including the transfer of employees and related transitional issues in the course of corporate M&A, and sensitive dismissals of top-tier personnel.
