About Ioana Iacob
Ioana Iacob is a member of the Employment team in Bucharest. She advises and represents clients in connection with a wide range of employment matters, including challenging dismissal processes, restructurings and reorganisations, local and cross-border transfers of employees and carve-outs, requalification assessments in respect of freelancer contracts, key employees onboarding and complex due diligence processes. Ioana also handles day-to-day and sensitive employment and compliance advice. In addition, she is experienced in corporate, data protection and intellectual property matters.
