About Irina
Irina Dekova is a member of the Corporate/M&A and Banking & Finance teams. Irina has more than six years experience both in London at a major international law firm and in law firms in Sofia. With respect to M&A, Irina has advised on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate matters with a particular focus on financial services firms in the banking, non-banking and payment services areas. As for her banking and finance experience, Irina’s expertise covers derivatives transactions, financial regulations, raising, refinancing or restructuring debt.
