About Isabel Firneis
Isabel Firneis represents both national and international clients across a broad spectrum of individual and collective employment law matters. She specialises in employment litigation, complex restructuring matters (incl. social plan negotiations and conciliation committee proceedings), works council matters, as well as in internal investigations.
Earlier in her career, Isabel worked at other well-known Austrian law firms and gained professional experience in the field of Human Resources. In addition, Isabel worked at the Vienna University of Economics and Business as a teaching and research fellow and at the Austrian Supreme Court as a legal research fellow.
Isabel regularly publishes in legal journals and comments in the national media on employment law topics and lectures at well-known Austrian professional training institutes and a university of applied sciences.
