About Iulia-Gabriela Curca
Iulia-Gabriela Curca advises clients across various industries on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and commercial law. She has extensive experience in due diligences, preparing transactional documents for asset and share deals as well as advising on regulatory matters, particularly in the energy and natural resources sectors. Before joining Wolf Theiss, Iulia gained valuable experience at several local law firms and state institutions as well as in a bailiff’s office.
