About Jan Gasiorowski
Jan Gąsiorowski is a member of the Banking & Finance team in Poland and specialises mainly in real estate financing and M&A transactions. He has advised on numerous financing and refinancing transactions for warehouse buildings, prestigious office buildings and shopping centres. With experience in international arbitration, dispute resolution and commercial litigation, he has participated in various litigation and arbitration proceedings before Polish courts, international arbitration tribunals and the ECHR.
Jan has authored several publications in leading Polish legal journals and his doctoral thesis on international intra-industry arbitration has been published by C.H. Beck. Before joining Wolf Theiss, he cooperated with leading international law firms in several European countries, including the UK.
