About Jasmina Uzova
Jasmina Uzova is a member of the Corporate/M&A and Banking & Finance teams. Jasmina advises clients on cross-border M&A transactions, commercial contracts as well as on finance transactions. As a finance specialist, she advises lenders and borrowers on acquisition and development finance transactions in Bulgaria and Macedonia, banks, payment services providers and other financial institutions on financial services regulation, as well as shareholders in banks with respect to their specific shareholder obligations. Jasmina has a track record of advising on the structuring and implementation of transactions involving assignment of debts, issues in relation to securities and insolvency risks of debtors.
