About Kamila Seberova
Kamila Seberová is the main contact of the Life Sciences, Employment and IP & TMT practices in Prague. In the course of her career she has advised numerous companies in the life sciences sector on regulatory matters related to pharmaceuticals, medical devices and food supplements, clinical trials, price regulation, marketing and advertisement of pharmaceuticals as well as in proceedings before the State Institute for Drug Control, the Ministry of Health and before administrative courts. She often assists her clients in patent, trademark and copyright disputes including unfair competition disputes, protection against counterfeits and protection of non-registered rights such as know-how and business secrets. Kamila’s expertise also includes advising on various business contracts and commercial matters including employment or assessment of compliance and ethical codes in heavily regulated industries. Prior to founding a local law firm in the Czech Republic, Kamila spent more than 10 years at a major global law firm and worked for the Appeals Department of the Czech Patent Office. She was also appointed as an adviser to the Czech Association of Pharmaceutical Companies in relation to regulatory/legislative matters.
