About Katarzyna Jaroszynska-Lewandowska

Katarzyna Jaroszyńska-Lewandowska is a member of the Corporate M&A team in Poland. Her practice focuses on capital markets, securities and financial institutions, as well as M&A transactions, local and international corporate restructurings, day-to-day corporate issues, and corporate governance, particularly for public companies.

Katarzyna has experience in equity capital markets, including IPOs and preparing prospectuses. Additionally, she represents clients in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. She is well versed in the regulatory aspects of the operation of financial institutions, including brokerage houses, banks, investment funds, insurance companies, and has expertise in the offering of financial products and service outsourcing. She also advises on takeovers and acquisitions of major stakes in public companies, compliance with reporting obligations, and foreign securities in Poland.

Katarzyna has been recognised by international legal directories. She is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association.
