About Katerina Mikulova

Kateřina Mikulová is an experienced corporate lawyer who advises national and international companies on corporate restructuring, cross-border transactions as well as on their daily corporate agenda. She has experience in drafting and negotiating all kinds of commercial agreements. Kateřina further specialises in information technology law, telecommunications law, intellectual property rights and works on projects in innovative areas such as cyber security and cloud services. She is active in trademark, copyright, and licensing cases and advises clients on IT compliance (privacy and data security issues) and e-commerce. She has extensive experience in IP enforcement, drafting and negotiating IP-focused commercial agreements and advises on all IP aspects of major transactions and corporate restructurings.
