About Katerina Novakova
Katerina Novakova is a member of the Projects and Regulatory & Procurement teams. Katerina has over 16 years of experience in the natural gas sector. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Katerina worked as general counsel for more than 10 years for one of the major international natural gas companies in Bulgaria. Katerina is well-versed in all legal aspects of multi-disciplinary projects with respect to commercial and regulatory matters. She is a specialist in European and national regulatory frameworks and advises on a wide spectrum of issues including wholesale and retail energy trading and supply, distribution and transmission, mining law and public procurement law, environmental and territory planning issues. She also has extensive experience advising clients on complex litigation and arbitration matters.
