About Lukas

Lukas Macha is a member of the Disputes and Construction teams. He is regularly involved in complex national and international construction matters, including representing construction companies before courts and in arbitration proceedings. Lukas frequently advises on plant construction projects, inter alia in the life sciences industry. He also has experience in the legal management of works supply contracts, both when it comes to drafting contracts and to resolving issues arising in the supply chain.
In addition to his degree in Business Law from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Lukas holds a Joint Certificate in International and Business Law, obtained through the THEMIS programme. He is a member of the Austrian Society for Construction Law and Construction Business Management (ÖGEBAU).
