About Marcela Vytlacilova

Marcela Vytlačilová heads our Corporate Intelligence Unit. She is a skilled corporate intelligence manager with more than 25 years of experience in conducting in-depth legal and corporate information research, KYC checks as well as a wide range of other types of corporate intelligence background searches and screenings that are required when dealing with compliance issues. With access to specialized databases, she runs research into company structures, ownership and business history. She also focuses on pre-investment due diligences and relational analyses when assessing the risks companies might face.
