About Maren Jergolla-Wagner
Maren Jergolla-Wagner has been a member of the IP & TMT team since 2005. A highly qualified and skillful IP lawyer, Maren is particularly involved in cases concerning trademark law, design law, copyright law, anti-counterfeiting , licensing and distribution law, and is also active in litigation and unfair competition law. She is a specialist for the life science sector; representing high value clients on matters relating in particular to pharmaceutical and medical device law, including advertisement law. Maren is admitted to the Vienna bar and was previously admitted to the Karlsruhe bar.
