About Nikolaus Dinhof-Renezeder

Nikolaus Dinhof-Renezeder, member of the Banking & Finance team in Vienna and of the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team, has been with Wolf Theiss since 2012. Nikolaus specialises in banking law, banking regulatory law in relation to bonds of credit institutions as well as debt capital market transactions and regularly advises clients with regard to admissions of securities to the Vienna Stock Exchange and with regard to stock exchange compliance law. In the area of DCM law, he advises financial and industrial companies on the issue of bonds, covered bonds, registered notes, Schuldscheindarlehen, certificates and other derivative products as well as on the establishment and update of and the ongoing legal advice and support in relation to debt issuance programmes.

Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Nikolaus gained valuable insights and work experience during several internships, for example at an Austrian credit institution and a tax consultancy firm. He studied Business Law (LL.M.) and Business Administration (BSc) at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and, moreover, is a certified stock exchange trader.
