About Norbert Balint
Norbert Bálint is a member of the Energy team. He specializes in large construction projects and M&A transactions. Norbert also has experience in renewable energy, concession agreements, PPAs, electricity production, network contracts, hydrocarbon E&P, gas supply and tolling structures both in Hungary and in other CEE countries. Furthermore he regularly advises IT and telecommunication companies as well as global software powerhouses and start-ups. His advice includes sector related mergers and acquisitions, regulatory questions, as well as consumer protection issues. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Norbert worked at a Magic Circle law firm.
