About Philipp J. Marboe

Philipp J. Marboe is a member of the Public Procurement team. He has many years of experience in public procurement law, public law and contract law, several thereof at a renowned Austrian law firm with offices in Central and Eastern Europe and Turkey. Philipp advises national and international clients on some of the most significant  procurement and PPP projects in the railway and public transport, the construction (including BIM), the hospital and defence sectors and on e-procurement. In addition to planning and conducting tender procedures, he represents contracting authorities and bidders in tender review proceedings as well as before the Supreme Courts. Philipp gained international working experience at the Vienna office of one of the world’s largest (UK) law firms and in a law firm in Paris. He gives lectures and writes publications on public procurement law and BIM.
