About Sergii Zheka
Sergii Zheka is a member of the Dispute Resolution, Corporate/M&A and Real Estate & Construction teams in our Kyiv office with over 12 years of legal experience in various areas of law, including corporate and M&A, dispute resolution, capital markets and contracts. Sergii specialises in advising Ukrainian and foreign clients in connection with dispute resolution matters. He has also been extensively involved in M&A and corporate work, in negotiating contracts, participating in due diligence projects, and advising clients on general commercial matters. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Sergii worked as an associate at several renowned international law firms.
