About Stephan Kugler

Stephan Kugler is a member of our Disputes team in Vienna where he specializes in the defence against class actions, mass claims as well as follow-on damages claims. Furthermore, he focuses on internal investigations and white collar crime. He also has niche expertise in DR-focused LegalTech products. Before joining Wolf Theiss, Stephan spent many years working in the Vienna and Amsterdam offices of a major global law firm as a member of the Dispute Resolution, Global Investigations, and Global Technology & Innovation teams.
