About Vanessa Horaceck

Vanessa advises clients in cartel (fine) and merger control proceedings before Austrian competition authorities, the European Commission and in court as well as on matters concerning distribution agreements, non-compete clauses, antitrust compliance and antitrust damages claims. In the past years, she has also gained valuable experience in representing clients in foreign direct investment (FDI) control proceedings in front of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Labour and Economy.

Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Vanessa worked in the Competition team of a leading international law firm in Vienna and as an academic assistant at the University of Vienna (department for Commercial Law) with a focus on unfair competition law.
