About Zhulieta Markova
Zhulieta Markova is a member of the Employment, IP & TMT and Data Protection teams in Sofia. She has a solid background in the area of labour, compliance and intellectual property law. She is experienced in supporting clients across industries on a variety of labour and IP/IT matters arising during the entire lifecycle of a company – ranging from initial structuring of relations with employees/contractors and dismissal of management/key employees; assistance in ensuring ongoing labour and privacy compliance; transfer of employees in the context of M&A and corporate re-organisations; to mass dismissals upon market exit. Zhulieta has been involved in several highly sensitive employment litigations and administrative disputes with controlling labour and anti-discrimination bodies and regularly participates in complex employment and IP/IT due diligence projects.
