AEQUITA acquires glass production business from Saint-Gobain with legal support from Wolf Theiss

Vienna, 9 August 2022 – Wolf Theiss advised AEQUITA on the acquisition of the operational glass production business of Eckelt Glas GmbH and GLAS ZIEGLER GES.M.B.H from the Saint-Gobain Group.

Under the lead of Corporate/M&A Partner Dr. Sarah Wared, the multidisciplinary team of Wolf Theiss advised AEQUITA on the acquisition of the operational glass production business of Eckelt Glas GmbH and GLAS ZIEGLER GES.M.B.H. This included the preceding transaction structuring as well as negotiations around the transaction documentation.

Eckelt Glas GmbH and GLAS ZIEGLER GES.M.B.H are leading glass manufacturers specialised in the processing, finishing and worldwide distribution of glass products for the facade industry.
