RBS Responsible Business Solutions strengthen service portfolio for comprehensive business consulting with acquisition of RE-Structure

Vienna, 31 August 2022 – With the merger of RBS Responsible Business Solutions and its sister company RE-Structure, the consulting experts combine the business areas of compliance, data security and management services and business consulting.

An active compliance management system that reflects national and international regulations is not only a challenge when it comes to setting it up, but above all when it comes to running it. As a subsidiary of the international law firm Wolf Theiss, RBS has direct access to a large network of legal experts who can translate legal requirements into concrete compliance practice.

“We see three essential segments of our compliance portfolio: the offer to provide an external data protection officer, the certification of IT systems, and processes based on the certification with the European Privacy Seal (EuroPriSe). The third building block is the provision and operation of a straightforward and highly secure whistleblowing solution.”

Management and Director Services, which have been successfully offered in RE-Structure for many years, are included in the service portfolio as a new core competence area. Clients who do not yet have a resident director in Austria, who are new to the Austrian market or who are restructuring, can access a package of services ranging from the establishment of companies, domiciliation services, the provision of external directors to the operational organisation of accounting or personnel management.
