GEODIS acquires trans-o-flex with legal advice from Wolf Theiss

Vienna, 22 March 2023 – Transport and logistics company GEODIS S.A. relied on legal advice of Wolf Theiss in connection with its acquisition of logistics service provider trans-o-flex, which specializes in the temperature-controlled transport of pharmaceutical and high-tech products.

Wolf Theiss supported GEODIS on all Austrian law aspects of the transaction.

The team was led by Florian Kusznier (Co-Head & Partner, Corporate/M&A) and Martina Edlinger (Senior Associate, Corporate/M&A), who were further supported by Klemens Kendler and Carolina Brunnmayr (both Associates, Corporate/M&A), Magdalena Ziembicka (Senior Associate, Employment), Paulina Pomorski (Senior Associate, IP & TMT), Pascal Gstöttner (Associate, IP & TMT) and Dominik Engel (Associate, Regulatory).
