JP Hospitality Investors Club concludes lease agreement for its hotel in Madonna di Campiglio with legal support from Wolf Theiss

Vienna, 16 August 2023 – Wolf Theiss has once again advised the investor group JP Hospitality Investors Club on the successful conclusion of a hotel lease agreement. This latest collaboration involved a Hotel in Madonna di Campiglio, Italy. The new operator, Treasurests Hospitality, will continue to run it under the lifestyle leisure brand “Casa Cook”.

JP Hospitality acquired the hotel in Madonna di Campiglio – previously operated as Hotel Milano – last year. The hotel is located in the middle of northern Italy’s top ski region in the Brenta Dolomites and is only about a minute’s walk from the base station of the famous World Cup racecourse. During the summer, it offers guests an ideal starting point for hikes in the picturesque mountains and surrounding lakes.

Until now, the hotel comprised 44 rooms with a gross floor area of approximately 2,900m². With the takeover by the new tenant Treasurest Hospitality, which will manage the hotel under the leisure brand “Casa Cook”, the hotel is to be converted into a upscale alpine lifestyle hotel based on the 3R concept (refurbishment, rebranding, redesign) and expanded by 6 suites. A rooftop bar with a view of the World Cup ski slopes is also planned.

Wolf Theiss advised JP Hospitality Investors Club on the drafting, negotiation and subsequent conclusion of the hotel lease agreement with real estate expert Counsel Stefan Horn as the lead lawyer and Associate Hewi Luczynski supporting him.
