PIP Global Holdings and Odyssey Investment Partners acquired Industrial Starter S.p.A. with the legal assistance of Wolf Theiss
Wolf Theiss Prague advised PIP Global Holdings and Odyssey Investment Partners on the Czech aspects of the acquisition of Industrial Starter S.p.A., including its subsidiaries in several European countries.
The Wolf Theiss team provided PIP Global Holdings and Odyssey Investment Partners with comprehensive legal assistance, consisting of an extensive legal due diligence of the Czech subsidiary and transaction support.
The legal team was headed by Tereza Naučová (Counsel, Prague), and further included Bruno Štefánik (Counsel, Bratislava), Kateřina Kulhánková (Senior Associate, Prague), Sabina Krajíčková (Senior Associate, Prague), Michal Matouš (Senior Associate, Prague) and Dominik Havliš (Associate, Prague).

PIP Global Holding is an international company operating in nine countries and 35 different locations. The company’s core business is the supply of personal protective equipment to wholesalers and distributors worldwide. PIP Global Holding was acquired by Odyssey Investment Partners at the end of 2020 and is part of its portfolio.
Industrial Starter S.p.A. was originally an Italian company based in Vicenza, specialising in the production of protective equipment for the workplace. The company currently operates in Valencia (Spain), Altavilla Vicentina VI (Italy), Sosnowiec (Poland) and Ostrava (Czech Republic).
