Thomas Anderl named partner at Wolf Theiss

Vienna, 21 April 2017 – Thomas Anderl has been named Partner at Wolf Theiss, where he is specialised in construction law in the Practice Group Real Estate & Construction. He began working for the firm in 2012. Anderl has pursued an unusual, dual path of education: as a graduate of the Vienna University of Applied Sciences (FH Wien) in civil engineering and construction management and as a registered master builder (Baumeister), he brings a unique combination of legal and construction skills to his clients.

Anderl’s legal areas of specialisation include construction contract law, warranty and tort law, as well as general civil law. He regularly advises in complex local and international construction projects and represents construction firms before courts, arbitration tribunals, and FIDIC Dispute Adjudication Boards. He received his degree in law from the University of Vienna.
