Wolf Theiss advises Tom Tailor GmbH on the acquisition of a stake in TOM TAILOR South Eastern Europe Holding GmbH from SPORTINA Bled d.o.o..


A multidisciplinary team led by M&A Partner Sarah Wared advised Tom Tailor GmbH on all legal and regulatory aspects of the transaction, including the structuring, negotiation of the share purchase agreement and advice on regulatory aspects.
