Wolf Theiss advised TA Associates on investment in Netrisk.hu

TA Associates invested alongside existing investor the MCI Capital Group, which first invested in Netrisk in December 2017. TA Associates is one of the most experienced global growth private equity firms, having raised USD 33.5 billion in capital since its founding in 1968, and has a long history of investing in companies focused on the digital economy. Wolf Theiss provided Hungarian law advice, the lead counsel was Travers Smith LLP, London.  Netrisk and the MCI Capital Group were advised by Deloitte Legal.

The Wolf Theiss team was led by Partner János Tóth and the core team comprised associates Márk Chiovini and Kinga Kajcsos.
