The transaction was announced on July 1, 2024.

American Industrial Partners is an investment firm managing approximately $16 billion in assets, with a distinct focus on industrial businesses spanning a broad range of sectors and markets globally.

Wolf Theiss’ mandate includes advising American Industrial Partners on all legal and regulatory aspects in Austria, the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary related to its strategic investment in Austin Powder. The transaction involves comprehensive due diligence, structuring and legal and regulatory support across all mentioned jurisdictions, working alongside Ropes & Gray LLP, AIP’s transaction counsel.
