Wolf Theiss Advises Deutsche Hypo – NORD/LB Real Estate Finance on EUR 46 million Financing for Acquisition of Mokotów Nova Office Building

Warsaw, 22 November 2023 – Wolf Theiss delivered legal advice to Deutsche Hypo – NORD/LB Real Estate Finance which provided financing for the EUR 46 million acquisition of the Mokotów Nova office building in Warsaw.

Situated in Warsaw’s Mokotów district at 22 Wołoska Street, the Mokotów Nova office building, managed by Colliers International, began construction in 2010 and was completed in January 2012. With an eleven-story structure, the property features a total usable area of 43 thousand square meters, 40 thousand of which are devoted to office space and another 3 thousand to retail and service space.

The transaction involved the transfer of ownership of the Mokotów Nova from CCP III Netherlands Holding B.V. to Rysy Properties Limited, with Wolf Theiss offering legal support to the lender.

Wolf Theiss assisted Deutsche Hypo – NORD/LB Real Estate Finance in connection with the financing aspects of the sale of shares in Nova Investment sp. z o.o., the owner of the Mokotów Nova, ensuring a thorough and legally sound approach to the financial elements involved in the sale.
