Wolf Theiss advises Filtration Group in its acquisition of the industrial filtration division of Mahle

Vienna, 2 November 2016 – Wolf Theiss has advised the Filtration Group, a subsidiary of the finance investor Madison Capital Partners, in all aspects of the transaction, including Austrian, Czech, Hungarian, Polish and Romanian law. The closing took place on 31 October 2016.
